Introduction of the Asia Pacific Diabetic Limb Problems Meeting
(14-16th August 2009, Beijing,  China)

The Sixth Asia-Pacific Diabetic Limb Problems Meeting (APDLPM) will be held in Beijing on the 14th – 16th of August 2009. Professor Zhangrong Xu from China and Professor Dennis Yue from Australia will be co- chairmen of the meeting with Professor Dewei Zou of China and Professor Aziz Nather from Singapore agreeing to be Honorary Advisors. International speakers will include Professor Andrew Boulton, Professor Michael Edmonds, Ms. Ali Foster from UK ; Dr. Robert Frykberg, Professor David Amstrong and Professor Benjamin Lipsky from US ; Dr. Wing-Cheung Wong from Hong Kong ; Professor Aziz Nather from Singapore ; Professor Kyung-tai Lee and Associate Professor Joon Pio Hong from Korea.

Previous APDLPM meetings had been held in Singapore in 2004, Indonesia in 2005, Malaysia in 2006, Hong Kong in 2007 and Singapore in 2008. All these meetings were extremely successful.
